- Support end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Manage recruitment activities for technical and business positions across different functions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, communication activities, and culture building programs
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, recruitment metrics, and workforce data using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational development activities
- Conduct field visits and provide HR support across locations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field
- 2 4 years of HR experience with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and recruitment of technical and business positions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Professional proficiency in English and Arabic

Role Overview
