Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs
- Monitor compliance requirements, conduct assessments, and support audit activities
- Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions and process improvements
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance requirements
- Promote compliance awareness and support regulatory and certification initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Governance, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or Legal Affairs
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, policy development, and compliance monitoring
- Experience in audits, compliance assessments, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Professional certifications in Governance, Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management are preferred
- Experience in franchising, licensing, retail, hospitality, or multi site organizations is highly preferred
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English

Job Overview
