Responsibilities
- Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with the grooming standards of the company
- Extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart
- Make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
- Be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
- Follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
- Set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
- Fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
- Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
- Immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
- Maintain safety of work areas at all times
Requirements
- High School or vocational hospitality
- Has 1 3 years experience in 4 5 star hotel
