Role Description

  • The PMO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and driving cross functional operational execution, management action tracking, and strategic project coordination across the group.
  • Ensures organizational accountability, execution discipline, operational governance, and timely delivery of management priorities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain a centralized management action tracking system.
  • Monitor execution progress of HR & Admin management directives.
  • Ensure action items are properly assigned, tracked, and closed.
  • Coordinate follow up on operational priorities and deadlines.
  • Escalate unresolved or delayed matters to management.
  • Coordinate between Finance, HR, Legal, OA, Brokerage, Leasing, Development, and other departments.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and operational alignment among stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and execution gaps.
  • Support execution of group wide initiatives and management directives.
  • Develop and maintain PMO tracking standards and governance practices.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) to senior management/executives.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in executive coordination, PMO, or operational management roles.
  • Experience handling management reporting, action tracking, and cross functional coordination.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.
