Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance for electrical and plumbing systems
- Carry out basic troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of HVAC units
- Execute carpentry, painting, and other general repair tasks as required
- Attend urgent breakdowns and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance activities
- Transport materials, tools, and assist in moving technicians to various sites
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks, materials used, and site observations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years in building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic English communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions

Role Summary
- The Multi Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair works.
- The role requires a valid UAE Driving License to support mobility for emergency calls, material transport, and site requirements.
