About the Role
Net2Source is seeking a PLC & SCADA Engineer to design, develop, test, commission, and maintain automation systems for water and wastewater treatment plants. The role requires 3-8 years of industrial automation experience with at least 5 years in water or wastewater treatment projects.

Responsibilities
- Design and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems as per project specifications
- Develop control philosophies, I/O lists, network architecture, and automation documentation
- Configure communication protocols including Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and OPC
- Develop SCADA graphics, alarms, historical trending, reporting, user access, and security features
- Conduct FAT, SAT, I/O testing, loop checks, commissioning, and plant start up support
- Troubleshoot automation, instrumentation, and communication issues
- Integrate field instruments such as flow, pressure, and level transmitters, and water quality analyzers
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during installation and commissioning
- Prepare FDS, operation manuals, commissioning reports, as built documentation, and program backups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 3–8 years of industrial automation experience, including at least 5 years in water or wastewater treatment projects
- Hands on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols

Role Overview
