- Own the product roadmap, balancing buyer facing discovery tools with agent/agency pro features
- Work with engineering on the interactive 3D map experience, tile rendering, and live data sync
- Translate real estate business needs (off plan projects, developer data, pricing/handover info) into clear product requirements
- Manage the CRM, lead tracking, and dashboard features used by agents and agencies
- Prioritize features, run sprints, and coordinate with design and dev teams
- Track platform performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics
- Liaise with mapping, 3D visualization, and data vendors
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager/Owner, ideally in proptech, real estate, or a marketplace platform
- Understanding of mapping technologies (Mapbox, Google Maps, MapLibre) and geospatial data
- Familiarity with 3D visualization concepts (WebGL, Three.js, CesiumJS or similar)
- Strong grasp of UAE real estate market dynamics (a plus)
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems
- Comfortable working with engineering teams, APIs, and data pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and platform metrics
