About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff to support delivery of departmental objectives
- Produce and maintain project schedules in alignment with consultant/contractor submissions
- Ensure schedules comply with the Schedule Management Plan, planning processes, and Ways of Working
- Lead resource planning activities to determine required resource levels
- Perform schedule analysis to identify performance trends and propose mitigation strategies
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- Produce baseline and target schedules for submission
- Ensure weekly and monthly schedule updates as design and construction progress
- Coordinate with commercial teams to support effective controls across budget, cost, reporting, risk, and change management
Requirements
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Primavera Certification (Preferred)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – desirable
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office (Excel, Word); Power BI preferred
- Experience managing a team to deliver results
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Primavera Certification (Preferred).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office (Excel, Word); Power BI preferred.
- Experience managing a team to deliver results.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships to support project outcomes.
