Role Overview
Planning Engineer role supporting water treatment, wastewater treatment, EPC, and engineering construction projects.
The role plans, schedules, monitors, and supports projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor critical activities, timelines, and progress against approved schedules.
- Plan resources and coordinate procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
- Prepare progress reports and recommend corrective actions for delays.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Conduct project review meetings and communicate updates.
- Maintain project records and ensure compliance with specifications, contracts, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Five or more years of project planning and scheduling experience.
- Experience with engineering or EPC project planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning software.
- Strong project planning and scheduling knowledge.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
