Job Summary

Work Arrangement

Employment and Compensation

• The job is full-time.
• Pay is AED 18,000 to AED 20,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline programmes, work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor progress and update schedules using actual site information.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, reports, dashboards, presentations, histograms, and S-curves.
• Identify critical activities, risks, delays, and corrective or recovery measures.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material submissions, approvals, procurement, and delivery schedules.
• Review subcontractor programmes and support extension-of-time claims.
• Maintain complete and accurate planning records and participate in progress meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in the same field, including relevant UAE construction experience.
• Strong experience in building, civil, or fit-out construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, resource planning, and delay analysis.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
