Role Overview
Operate a Bobcat or skid-steer loader to support construction-site activities.
Support excavation, grading, loading, material movement, debris removal, and site cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Bobcat safely and efficiently.
- Load and transport soil, sand, gravel, debris, and construction materials.
- Perform excavation, backfilling, levelling, grading, and site-clearing activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report defects immediately.
- Carry out basic maintenance, cleaning, and refuelling.
- Follow site safety procedures and supervisors’ instructions.
- Work carefully around workers, structures, utilities, and other equipment.
- Maintain daily equipment and operating records.
- Assist with other site activities when required.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving or operator’s licence for the relevant equipment.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Bobcat operator, preferably in the UAE.
- Good understanding of construction-site safety procedures.
- Ability to operate different Bobcat attachments.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors and extended hours when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,800–2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at construction sites.
