- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes
- Assemble and cook pizzas while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency
- Assist with preparation of side dishes, salads, and other menu items
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions regarding menu items and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns politely and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a pizza shop, restaurant, or food service environment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year of pizza staff experience preferred
- English language proficiency preferred

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

Key Responsibilities Teamwork
- Work closely with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members during busy periods.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements

- Previous experience in a pizza shop, restaurant, or food service environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Pay
- Pay: AED1,500.00 AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to Commute/Relocate
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
