Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef specializing in pizza preparation to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and supporting the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in cooking and baking pizzas using ovens and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Support senior chefs with kitchen prep and service during busy hours.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Store ingredients properly and minimize food wastage.
- Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies and deliveries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pizza preparation or as a Commis Chef is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary certification or kitchen training is an advantage.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary diploma/certificate preferred but not mandatory.

- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per hour
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
