Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports related conditions
- Perform Hijama (Wet & Dry Cupping Therapy) in accordance with DOH regulations and infection control standards
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
- Educate patients on posture correction, exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with DOH guidelines, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Valid DOH License as Physiotherapist (Mandatory)
- Certification/qualification in Hijama (Cupping Therapy)
- Minimum 2–3 years of Abu Dhabi/UAE experience as a Physiotherapist with Hijama practice
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic exercise
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
