Requirements
- Graduate from an approved College or University in Physiotherapy
- Current license in country of origin with HAAD license to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Medicine
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Ability to work in a hospital setting as part of a team
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake duties in accordance with NMCRH KC policies and physiotherapy profession standards.
- Work with patients to identify physical problems; develop and review treatment programs.
- Assist patients with joint and spinal problems, especially post surgery.
- Help patients' rehabilitation following accidents, injury, and strokes.
- Supervise physiotherapy assistants and aides.
- Write patient case notes and reports; collect patient statistics.
- Educate and advise patients and carers on prevention and improvement of conditions.
- Work as a professional member of a multi disciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Participate in continuing education and courses updating physiotherapy techniques.
- Ensure physiotherapy equipment is maintained and treatments are evidence based.
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSH and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved College or University in Physiotherapy.
- Current license in country of origin with HAAD license to practice in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Medicine.
- Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting as part of a team.
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
