About the Role

Responsibilities
- Administer treatment and various PT modalities to outpatients and home visits patients
- Observe patients' conditions, reaction, and response to treatment and report to head of PT & Rehabilitation Department
- Clean and maintain department equipment and other aids
- Assist in maintaining department inventory
- Keep accurate and up to date patient records, reports and statistics
- Provide specialist advice, teaching and instruction to patients and other professionals
- Participate in the teaching and training of new staff when requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from recognized universities
- SCHS license
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Proficiency in Office & Health Information Systems
- English and Arabic fluent speaking and writing

Role Purpose
- This role main purpose is to provide physical therapy care to patients under direction of head of Physiotherapy Department.
Accountabilities
- Administering treatment, various PT modalities to outpatients and home visits patients.
- Observe the patients conditions, reaction, and response to treatment and report this to head of PT & Rehabilitation Department in progress sheet of patient.
- Clean and maintain department equipment and other aids.
- Assist in maintain department inventory.
- Request supplies through the designated procedures.
- Attend department in services programs as required.
- Apply safety standers and report any incident of danger to line manager.
- Keep accurate and up to date patient records, reports and statistics at all times in line with departmental, professional and legal standards.
- Provide specialist advice, teaching and instruction to patients and other professionals, to promote understanding of the aims of physiotherapy.
- Use appropriate methods of communication with patients to maximize rehabilitation potential and their understanding of the condition.
- Complying with all mandatory training requirements.
- Participate in the teaching and training of new staff when requested.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from recognized universities/ SCHS license
- 1 years of clinical experience.
- Office & Health Information Systems
- English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
Work Environment
- Indoors : 100%
- Outdoors : according to home visits
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8 hours either from 9 am 5 pm or from 1 pm 9 pm
