- Inspect property interiors and exteriors to identify pest activity, entry points, and infestation levels
- Apply appropriate treatments using mechanical or chemical methods according to safety and regulatory guidelines
- Set traps and monitor pest activity to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Provide clients with detailed advice and recommendations to prevent future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments applied, and customer interactions
- Maintain company equipment and vehicle in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of pest biology and control methods is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends or on call shifts
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Employee shall accept working or staying in all Emirates
