Role Overview
Fixen Technical Services is expanding its Pest Control and Facility Management Division.
The Pest Control Supervisor will lead the field team and support safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and daily service activities.
- Prepare schedules, assign jobs, and monitor completion.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
- Implement and monitor Integrated Pest Management programs.
- Ensure proper handling and application of pesticides, chemicals, and personal protective equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE HSE standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and follow up on customer complaints.
- Train and evaluate technicians.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, chemical usage records, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations to maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE or GCC pest control experience, including supervisory experience.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pest control, pesticide application, Integrated Pest Management, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technicians and service locations.
- Experience in termite, rodent, mosquito, fumigation, or general pest control is advantageous.
