Technical services company seeks an experienced, responsible, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai, UAE.
The role supervises MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance work across sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, site teams, technicians, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct inspections, monitor workmanship and progress, and verify rectification work through re-inspections.
- Prepare professional site inspection, maintenance, progress, and follow-up reports.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Handle client complaints, maintenance requests, urgent site issues, and coordination with site stakeholders.
- Maintain records, provide management updates, and identify recurring issues with practical solutions.
- Ensure work meets company standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar technical position.
- Practical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building maintenance.
- Experience in facility management, technical services, maintenance, fit-out, or renovation is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, inspection, reporting, coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to supervise multiple sites and maintenance teams and handle urgent requirements.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE locations.
