Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Mason/Tiler for residential, commercial, villa, apartment, fit-out, and renovation projects in Dubai.
Role Overview
The role requires strong hands-on experience in tiling, masonry, marble, granite, natural stone, fit-out, and renovation work.
The successful candidate must deliver accurate, clean, and high-quality finishing with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, mosaic, and natural stone tiles.
- Prepare surfaces, screed, prepare for waterproofing, apply adhesive, grout, and complete finishing work.
- Perform marble and granite fixing, cutting, grouting, polishing, and repairs.
- Measure work and ensure correct alignment, levels, spacing, slopes, and joint finishing.
- Perform blockwork, plastering, general civil works, tile replacement, repairs, and rectification.
- Follow drawings, site measurements, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain workmanship quality, minimize material wastage, and maintain tools and work areas.
- Follow company HSE, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Mason or Tiler is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in tile, marble, granite, and natural stone works is required.
- Knowledge of measurements, levels, slopes, joints, and finishing is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
- Reliability, physical fitness, attention to detail, and safety awareness are required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
- Immediate joining availability is highly preferred.
