Role Overview
The Pest Control Supervisor leads the field team and ensures safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across Dubai.
The position is part of the company's Pest Control and Facility Management Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate pest control technicians and daily field activities.
- Prepare work schedules, assign jobs, and monitor timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and identify suitable pest control treatment methods.
- Implement and monitor Integrated Pest Management programs.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides and chemicals.
- Ensure technicians use required PPE and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE HSE standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and follow up on customer complaints.
- Train, guide, and evaluate pest control technicians.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, chemical usage records, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with the operations team on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
Requirements
- Three to five years of UAE or GCC pest control experience, including supervisory experience.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, pesticide application, integrated pest management, and safety procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise multiple technicians and manage different service locations.
- Experience with termite, rodent, mosquito, fumigation, or general pest control is advantageous.
