Role Overview
Provide hands-on installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AC/HVAC systems.
Work independently across residential, commercial, villa, and facilities-management sites in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair AC/HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control faults.
- Carry out AC cleaning, refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
- Repair and replace compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats, sensors, valves, contactors, and controls.
- Handle refrigerant piping, insulation, condensate drainage, and related works.
- Read basic wiring diagrams and HVAC technical information.
- Conduct testing and commissioning after repairs.
- Prepare service and maintenance reports.
- Identify recurring faults and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow HSE and quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors, site teams, and clients when required.
Systems Experience
- Experience with split and ducted split AC, package units, VRF/VRV systems, FCU and AHU, chilled water systems, and refrigeration systems is highly preferred.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of UAE or GCC experience as an AC/HVAC Technician is required.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills are required.
- Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls is required.
- Candidates must be able to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently.
- HVAC or refrigeration certification is advantageous.
- A valid UAE manual driving license is a plus.
- Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

- Work location is in person across Dubai residential, commercial, villa, and facilities-management projects.
