Job Overview
Sharafi Group Investments is looking for an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to oversee pest management operations, supervise technicians, ensure safe and effective pest control practices, and maintain compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and applicable health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily pest control activities and field operations
- Plan and monitor pest control treatments for residential, commercial, hospitality, and other facilities
- Inspect sites to identify pest infestations, risks, and appropriate treatment methods
- Supervise pest control technicians and ensure proper execution of assigned tasks
- Ensure correct handling, storage, transportation, and application of pesticides and chemicals
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemical usage, inspections, and service reports
- Ensure all pest control activities comply with Dubai Municipality requirements and company SOPs
- Conduct regular site inspections and recommend preventive pest management measures
- Monitor the performance and quality of pest control services
- Train and guide technicians on safe working procedures, equipment usage, and chemical handling
- Coordinate with clients and address service-related concerns or complaints
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of pest control equipment and PPE
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Biology, Entomology, Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field accepted by Dubai Municipality
- Relevant experience in pest control operations and team supervision
- Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and chemical safety
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality pest control regulations is preferred
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise field teams and manage multiple sites
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Candidates available in the UAE with relevant experience will be preferred
