The role is for a Purchase Assistant supporting purchasing and procurement activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a similar Purchase Assistant or purchasing role.
- Contracting or construction industry experience is described as mandatory/preferred in the source.
- Good knowledge of construction and building materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source construction materials, tools, equipment, and services from approved suppliers.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations, prices, specifications, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and project or site teams about material requirements and deliveries.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Maintain supplier databases, quotations, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Assist with price negotiations and identify cost-effective suppliers.
- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and Project teams on procurement requirements.
- Monitor material availability and support daily purchasing activities.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,800 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
