Site Engineer role for high-rise building construction projects in Dubai, UAE.
The role requires hands-on experience in site execution, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and construction delivery against approved requirements.
Workplace and employment
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type is full-time.
- Compensation is AED 3,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage site execution for high-rise building projects.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Review civil and architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and quality and conduct site inspections.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and other site documentation.
- Implement quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment and coordinate across disciplines to prevent delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field.
- At least four years of UAE construction experience.
- Mandatory high-rise building construction experience.
- Strong site supervision and construction execution experience.
- Knowledge of civil construction, structural works, finishing works, building activities, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
