Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and inventory.
- Track asset allocation, movement, transfer, and return.
- Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of company assets.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and asset registers.
- Support internal audits and provide required asset and inventory reports.
- Identify discrepancies, missing assets, and inventory variances.
- Coordinate with different departments for asset and inventory control.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Visit company sites or locations when required for asset verification.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or store control.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of auditing, stock reconciliation, and asset verification.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
