Role Overview
The HSE Officer will monitor and implement health, safety, and environmental policies at construction sites.
The role focuses on UAE construction safety compliance, site inspections, incident investigation, and coordination with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement HSE policies at construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with Tarkhees requirements, UAE HSE regulations, and project safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare HSE reports and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and management to maintain safe working conditions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in HSE, safety, engineering, or a related field.
- Three to five years of UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Tarkhees experience or certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and HSE practices.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or another HSE certification is advantageous.
