Responsibilities
- Deliver timely HR services to Nahdi staff including information and support
- Oversee maintenance of employee records, files, and databases in NMC's system
- Execute personnel operations for termination, resignation, employee relations, new hires, attendance, and day to day functions
- Update HRMS in a timely manner
- Administer employee benefit plans and coordinate with HR divisions
- Approve staff vacations and HR letters
- Manage performance of assigned team through KPI monitoring and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 5 years of experience in HR or personnel functions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analytics
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Overview
- Deliver timely Human Resource (HR) services to Nahdi staff by providing information or providing general support through overseeing the maintenance of records, files, and databases of employees at NMC’s system.
- Execute the Personnel operations pertaining to staff termination, resignation's, employee relations, new hires, attendance and day to day personnel functions…etc.
- Execute the Personnel updates on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in timely manner.
- The position will administer employees benefit plans and work closely with all Human Recourse divisions.
- Also, will be responsible to provide best services to all employees.
- Personnel Senior specialist must handle and responsibilities for all Personnel functions includes Onboarding, self services, Human resources development fund programs, Resignation & Clearance and accomplish, events management, QIWA platform any related tasks.
Accountabilities
- Approve Nahdi staff vacations through review of vacation request and supporting documents.
- Review and approve HR letters for Nahdi staff by checking employees’ history.
- Review and approve staff requests for extra allowances.
- Activate service of new employees on system and finalize onboarding activities (username, password, nametag, bank details, etc.).
- Quality check on receiving ID, ATM visa and residence of employees.
- Manage performance of assigned team through monitoring KPIs, coaching, and feedback.
- Generate and execute probation period report and consequences on new hires.

- Working Days: 5 Working Days
- Days off: 2 Days Off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 2 – 5 Years of Experience
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite & Data analytics.
- Languages: English, Arabic
