About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Personnel & HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations and government compliance in Saudi Arabia. The role requires expert knowledge of Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, Najiz, TAM/Nitaqat) and Saudi Labor Law.

- Manage full personnel lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, terminations, end of service)
- Oversee Saudization (Nitaqat) strategy and maintain target compliance bands
- Handle all government platform transactions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage GOSI registrations, wage protection (WPS), and Mudad processing
- Maintain employee records and ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law
- Oversee work permits, visa processing, and Muqeem transactions
- Support workforce planning and HR operational efficiency
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as Personnel/HR Operations Manager
- Expert knowledge of all Saudi government HR platforms
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization regulations
- Excellent organizational and compliance management skills

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Personnel & HR Operations Manager to join our team and lead our HR operations and government compliance functions.

What we're looking for
