Job Description
- As a Personal Concierge Manager, you oversee day to day guest services operations and deliver memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee guest services operations: Manage day to day operations of all guest services functions, including bell services, luggage storage, package delivery, valet, parking, and related systems
- Monitor and elevate service: Track guest satisfaction, address service issues, and guide the team to implement improvements
- Manage department administration: Lead budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and special projects
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment
