- Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate daily priorities and ensure smooth execution of schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman
- Track follow ups and ensure timely completion of action items
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
- Provide administrative and executive support as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Chairman, Managing Director, or other C level executive
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high professionalism and discretion
- UAE experience is preferred

- GFS Developments is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to the Chairman to provide executive level support and manage the Chairman's day to day business activities.
