Personal Assistant to the Chairman

  • GFS Developments is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to the Chairman to provide executive level support and manage the Chairman's day to day business activities.
  • Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate daily priorities and ensure smooth execution of schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Track follow ups and ensure timely completion of action items.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
  • Provide administrative and executive support as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Chairman, Managing Director, or other C level executive.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
