- Negotiate and close strategic business agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to launch campaigns and maximize business potential.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of business development experience, preferably in UAE real estate
- Strong network within the UAE property market is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
- Self motivated, proactive, and results driven
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
