About the Role
GFS Developments seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function for its growing real estate portfolio in Dubai. You will own the full HR cycle including recruitment, policy enforcement, employee relations, payroll coordination, and visa processing.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment and onboarding for sales, marketing, construction, and operations teams
- Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with UAE Labour Law and real estate industry standards
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
- Oversee attendance, leave, and performance management across departments
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits with the Finance team
- Manage visa processing, employment contracts, and renewals for UAE and overseas hires
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Plan and execute training programs to upskill teams across the business
- Support senior leadership with workforce planning as new projects launch
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience within a UAE real estate developer or property company
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and visa processing
- Experience hiring across diverse functions — sales, technical, and administrative
- Excellent communication, discretion, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS platforms

About the Role
- GFS Developments is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function as we continue to grow our real estate portfolio across the UAE.
- You will own the full HR cycle — from hiring top talent to ensuring every team member operates within a structured, compliant, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
