- Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Screen and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with personal and business related tasks as assigned by the Chairman
- Support basic accounting functions, including expense tracking, invoice management, and petty cash reconciliation
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience handling financial records or expenses
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree is preferred

Overview
