- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaigns to improve performance
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with crypto marketing trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Manage external marketing agencies and advertising partners when required
- Lead and mentor performance marketing specialists within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition
- Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or blockchain industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools
