Responsibilities
- Support the setup, management, and optimisation of campaigns on Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
- Assist in implementing A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Monitor campaign budgets and pacing to ensure performance targets are met
- Track and report key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Work with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM
- Work closely with the creative team to align ad visuals and copy with performance data
- Coordinate with account managers and the Head of Investments to support scaling strategies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to test new ad formats, targeting, and messaging
- Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad tools
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- A data driven mindset — comfortable reading dashboards and spotting patterns
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn fast
- Positive, proactive attitude with great communication skills

About the Role
- As a Marketing Performance Executive at Ecomma, you’ll assist in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other growth channels for our e commerce brands.
What you will do
- Support the setup, management, and optimisation of campaigns on Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
