Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of four Paid Media Specialists
- Conduct performance reviews and training
- Allocate workload across brands and regions
- Develop paid media strategy and budget allocation
- Oversee Google Ads, Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Social Media campaigns (META, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
- Own paid media performance and KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CPA, Revenue and CAC
- Produce executive reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, SEO, Creative and Analytics teams
- Drive innovation through automation, AI and testing
Requirements
- 6+ years' Paid Media experience
- 2+ years leading a team
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Social Media Ad Tools
- Strong Shopify, GA4 and Google Tag Manager knowledge
- Multi market ecommerce experience
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and similar platforms
- Experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and marketing performance
- Experience across Europe, North America and MENA
- Feed management experience
- Knowledge of attribution modelling

About the Role

What you will do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of four Paid Media Specialists.
- Conduct performance reviews and training.
- Allocate workload across brands and regions.
