Position Overview

  • As Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Ecomma’s external network.
  • Focus on building long term relationships with brokers, intermediaries, founders, agencies, and other strategic partners.
  • Act as a trusted representative of Ecomma in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with brokers, marketplaces, and industry intermediaries.
  • Building strong long term relationships that drive qualified deal flow.
  • Representing Ecomma in external conversations, online communities, and industry networks.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with partners and ensuring Ecomma remains top of mind.
  • Supporting the wider acquisitions team by contributing to pipeline growth.
  • Providing market feedback and insights based on partner interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management roles.
  • Experience within e commerce, private equity, M&A, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and commercial skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or relationship focused roles.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional approach.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand value, opportunities, and deal dynamics.
  • Experience in e commerce, private equity, M&A, SaaS, or digital businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Self motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.
