- Build talent pipelines suited to remote destination operations

- Work closely with regional talent teams to attract the right people
- Create learning experiences that grow confidence, capability, and craft
- Support leaders in coaching, feedback, and team development
- Ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee documentation in line with KSA labour requirements
- Manage employee relations with fairness, empathy, and consistency
Requirements
- 5–7+ years’ experience in People & Culture / HR within hospitality, resorts, or lifestyle led destinations
- Experience in remote or resort environments strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labour Law or GCC HR frameworks
- Background in pre opening or high growth environments an advantage
- Naturally collaborative, grounded, and people centred approach
- Strong ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams
- Degree in HR, Hospitality, or Business (CIPD or equivalent a plus)

Role Overview
- As People & Culture Manager, you will be the custodian of the team experience at Basiqat Resort by Mantis.
- You will shape and nurture a culture rooted in purpose, connection, and care — ensuring every colleague feels part of something meaningful from the moment they arrive.
- Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will bring the Mantis ethos to life through people practices that are thoughtful, human, and grounded in the realities of a remote mountain resort environment.

- Design initiatives that support wellbeing, engagement, and connection in a remote setting
- Strengthen team culture through meaningful moments, rituals, and communication

What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years’ experience in People & Culture / HR within hospitality, resorts, or lifestyle led destinations
- Experience in remote or resort environments strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labour Law or GCC HR frameworks
- Background in pre opening or high growth environments an advantage
- Naturally collaborative, grounded, and people centred approach
- Strong ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams
- Comfortable working in evolving, fast paced environments
- Degree in HR, Hospitality, or Business (CIPD or equivalent a plus)
