Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure reliable operation of networks, servers, Wi Fi, and telecommunications systems
- Manage hospitality systems including PMS, POS, CRM, and back office applications
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures
- Provide responsive IT support to all resort departments
- Lead IT related projects including pre opening setup and system rollouts
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of IT experience, preferably within hospitality or resort environments
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS, etc.)
- Experience in network administration, infrastructure management, and IT support
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection standards
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) advantageous

What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera PMS, Micros POS)
- Experience in network administration and infrastructure management
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience in pre opening or remote environments desirable
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- IT certifications advantageous
