Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire materials and coordinating logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records and perform HRIS data entry
- Prepare monthly HR reports and support ad hoc reporting requests
- Assist with letter writing, contract drafting, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate performance review meetings and probation follow ups
- Serve as first point of contact for routine employee questions on HR policies and benefits
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination tasks
- Coordinate training logistics and maintain training records
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Genuine interest in building a career in HR/People & Culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Summary
- The People & Culture Intern will gain hands on exposure to HR operations, supporting onboarding, administration, employee relations, and learning & development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including preparing new hire materials and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
- Help prepare monthly HR reports and support ad hoc reporting requests.
- Support letter writing, contract drafting, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with generating and organizing people data reports on metrics like turnover and engagement.
- Support coordination and scheduling of performance review meetings and probation follow ups.
- Maintain records of performance evaluations and feedback.
- Serve as first point of contact for routine employee questions on HR policies and benefits.
- Support communication of HR policy updates and track compliance with mandatory training.
- Assist with benefits administration tasks and payroll coordination.
- Help coordinate employee recognition programs and awards.
- Provide administrative support for talent management and succession planning.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in building a career in HR/People & Culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion for sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
