Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client accounts with full ownership of accuracy and timelines
- Perform payroll calculations across diverse payroll structures
- Prepare, validate, and submit WPS (SIF) files
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies prior to processing
- Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and final settlements (EOSB)
- Interpret client contracts and compensation structures for accurate payroll execution
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and client-specific requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for client payroll matters, including handling escalations
- Coordinate with HR, PRO, and Finance teams for payroll inputs
- Maintain payroll reports and audit-ready documentation
- Support audits and ensure strong payroll controls
- **Manage payroll-related Accounts Receivable (AR)**:
- Track client billing against payroll disbursements and identify variances
- Follow up on outstanding dues related to payroll services
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers (client POCs) for collections and resolution of client account queries
- Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
