- Organize, file, and maintain company documents in both electronic and physical formats
- Receive, log, distribute, and archive documents in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure documents are correctly version controlled and updated
- Maintain document registers and tracking logs
- Assist with document retrieval and provide support to internal departments
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Support the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of administrative or document control experience in a manpower outsourcing or project based industry
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using document management systems such as SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Salary
- Salary Package 3000 4500 (currency not specified, likely AED per month based on location).
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM.
