Role Overview
The medical centre is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support clinic operations and provide health service support to patients and guests in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic activities and improve operational processes.
- Coordinate operational processes with the Operations Manager and monitor effectiveness.
- Handle enquiries, payments, patient support, and service information.
- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, attendants, and administration.
- Collect patient feedback and maintain records for evaluation.
- Support VIP patients and update the Branch Manager.
- Explain available services and their proper use.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house and clinic entrance areas.
- Handle complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues.
- Remain flexible regarding shifts, duty timings, and work areas.
- Update shift checklists and verify completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, records, and reports.
Requirements
- A suitable graduation degree is required.
- A master's degree in hospital management is preferred.
- At least two years of similar-field experience in the UAE is required.
- The role description requires Tagalog language ability, while the application section labels it preferred.
- Adequate knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel, is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills are required.
- The candidate should handle complaints professionally and maintain good appearance and demeanor.
- The candidate should be safety-conscious, motivated, honest, service-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage pressure.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
