The position is full-time and permanent, with work performed in person.
Salary
- The advertised salary range is AED 2,000 to AED 2,250 per month.
Core Duties
- Support customers in a call-centre environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Sell healthcare packages to customers.
- Maintain quality standards while working under pressure.
- Work rotating or split shifts.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE call-centre experience is required; healthcare-facility experience is preferred.
- Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills are required.
- Experience selling healthcare packages and strong customer-service skills are required.
