Role overview

Education and experience

• A valid DHA license or eligibility letter is required.
• At least two to three years of nursing experience in a recognized medical facility in the UAE or home country is stated.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
• Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
• Perform wound care, injections, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
• Monitor progress and report changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and follow-up care.
• Maintain infection-control, safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Handle emergencies and provide immediate nursing assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow professional, ethical, DHA, and clinical requirements.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Teamwork and the ability to work under pressure are required.
• A professional, compassionate, patient-focused, reliable, and flexible approach is expected.
• Shift, weekend, and split-shift work may be required.
• Dental and surgical department experience is an advantage.
• Clinic or outpatient experience, infection-control knowledge, EMR skills, and communication with diverse patients are preferred.

Compensation and employment

• The role is permanent and full-time.
• Pay starts from AED 3,250 per month; the application text states an expected range of AED 3,250 to AED 3,500 per month.
