A medical group is seeking a front desk executive for a healthcare setting.
The role requires healthcare front desk experience and patient-facing communication.
Requirements
- Have experience working at a healthcare front desk, preferably in a medical clinic.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk professional in a medical clinic.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a passion for delivering quality patient care.
- Be able to liaise with patients, families, nursing staff, and other clinical staff.
- Be willing to work split shifts.
Additional Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Tagalog language ability is required.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 2,250 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
Employment Type
The position is full-time and permanent.
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk and reception support in a healthcare or medical clinic setting.
- Support patients and help deliver quality patient care.
- Liaise with patients, families, nursing staff, and other clinical staff.
- Perform customer service duties for clinic visitors and patients.
- Work assigned split shifts as required.
