About the Role
The Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and coordinates activities between the front desk, clinicians, and back office.
The role manages bookings, guides patients through treatment journeys, and supports smooth daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients and manage appointments across dental, dermatology, and aesthetics services.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins about services, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate clinicians and treatment rooms to support patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Explain treatment packages, pricing, and payment plans; process payments, invoices, and insurance paperwork.
- Maintain patient records, follow up after treatment, handle concerns, and support marketing and front-desk initiatives.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a patient coordinator, medical receptionist, or similar customer-facing healthcare or hospitality role is required.
- Dental, dermatology, or aesthetics experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Proficiency with clinic management software or CRM, WhatsApp Business, scheduling tools, and general computer systems is required.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic and UAE experience are advantages, and professional presentation is expected.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 10,000 per month, with salary based on experience.
