Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled **Pastry Chef** specializing in international desserts and baked goods.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality desserts, pastries, and bakery items while maintaining presentation standards and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present international desserts, pastries, and baked items.
- Develop and update dessert menus in coordination with the Head Chef.
- Maintain quality, taste consistency, and portion control.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
- Monitor inventory and control pastry section costs.
- Train junior pastry staff when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in pastry or bakery.
- Experience in international desserts .
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
