Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry mise en place to ensure smooth operations during service, including doughs, creams, mousses and garnishes
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and plating of desserts and pastry items to LPM's exceptional standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry section at all times
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards specific to pastry production
- Continuously develop your pastry skills and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high end kitchen or dedicated pastry section
- Foundational knowledge of pastry techniques, including dough work, creams and basic sugar/chocolate work
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for pastry

What will you do
- Prepare pastry mise en place to ensure smooth operations during service, including doughs, creams, mousses and garnishes.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and plating of desserts and pastry items to LPM's exceptional standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry section at all times.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

What you need
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high end kitchen or dedicated pastry section.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
